“This is the greatest battery store ever. Every time I go into the store with a problem they always fix it. I especially want to give a shout out to Hunter who always helps me. He takes his time and if there’s an issue, he will work on it until he finds a solution. I would encourage everyone to use this store for all their battery needs.”
“Our car started lighting up like a Christmas tree, and we realized that we needed to change our alternator. We arrived at 8 pm to get it tested and the Assistant Manager Lio helped us to determine that it was indeed bad. We purchased a new one and he lended us tools so my husband could change it in the parking lot. We knew it was close to closing time, so we tried to get it done quickly, however, it being an older car it was taking longer than we thought. After closing, Lio came out and stayed with us for almost an hour and helped us to get it changed. He was very helpful and kind and we greatly appreciate that he went above and beyond to help us. Being on vacation, this isn't what we planned for, but with his help, it was able to get done!”
