“I purchased a battery for my vehicle in Syracuse New York during August 2022. I had to jump my vehicle in order to get it going today. It was an interstate battery so I found the closest local distributor which happened to be on Metro Parkway in Fort Myers Florida, I called they told me to come in anytime when I arrived I was greeted promptly. The gentleman at the desk came out and checked my battery and determined it to be defective. They replaced it promptly and I was on my way within 40 minutes. I think this was amazingnot only was my battery replaced at no charge. The facility was extremely clean and I was treated with respect for the entire visit. I recommend them highly and I will continue to be an interstate battery customer.”

“Man are these guys Lifesavers I recently ordered a part for my car from a mail order company called rock auto and I had to pay extra for next day shipping which was by the way $125 for a $30 part but I needed the car it was my only source of transportation. Anyway, rock auto sends me the wrong part. They have no phone number it was all online service. If that's what you wanna call it. I ended up sending the part back and they ended up screwing me. It cost me $125 plus $30 plus for the part that was wrong. I only got $30 and change back from rock auto anyway O'Reillys came through their local. Their prices are much better. I called him up told him what I needed. I didn't even have to give them any money upfront. They said the part would be in the very next day, which it was they even loan me the tools to replace the part on my car I mean who does this these guys are great I would highly recommend O'Reillys for any of your automotive needs. They really do go out of their way to be accommodating.”

“I would like to give a 5-star review to David at this store. I went to the store because I had a bad battery in my car. I was very anxious because the car was new, and I couldn't understand how my battery on the car could possibly be going bad after just purchasing the vehicle from Nissan, and I had gone through losing everything through the hurricane. I was not very trusty after being taken advantage of, but David put my mind at ease, spent time with me, and built trust. He tested the battery; he showed me the test; he gave me options; and he went the extra mile to tell me my options—what could happen and why the battery went bad as quick as it did. Being a woman, I wouldn't understand without him explaining to me, but he didn't have to take the time to explain. He didn't try to upsell me on items I didn't need and had empathic explanations for every step of the way he was doing it; he didn't treat me like a number and try to rush me. I felt like a valued customer. Thank you, David. I will be going back to O'Reilly, as I know you're not just a customer; you care about each person that comes into the store, and you're treated with respect and valued. You gained a long-term customer, and I came back to my neighborhood to share my experience with my neighbors and will continue to share with everyone. I know you all are the best!”

“The replacement battery was top notch quality. When I pulled into the store parking lot, they unloaded the heavy core and loaded the new battery back in the trunk of the car. These golf cart batteries are extremely heavy. I was in and out in less then 15 minutes. Very helpful and polite people. I highly recommend them and will use them again.”
