“I used to visit this location often. I got tired of them raising their rates every 6 months. Been using UPS for a few years. But UPS prices are out of control. This location has very cheerful and helpful employees, dispite some grumpy customers. The biggest issue is the large volume of people using this location lately, even during off season. I am sure it because of all the people moving to Estero and they will figure it out. Even with 2 people working, the line is always out the door. They need a 3rd employee which would solve the problem.”
“This is a carrier annex, as in this is where carriers go to work. This isn't a usps store. If you get a pink slip in your mailbox for a letter or package you can go there to pick them up or an oversized package etc. Also you can drop off prepaid packages.”

“I’ve been coming here a lot lately to send packages and haven’t had a single bad experience. The staff are all very kind and friendly. I’ve only encountered a really long line once but they have a package drop box inside so if you print your label at home it’s very quick to drop it off. I only wait in line when I need a receipt. Often there is no wait.”
