Public Storage in Bonita Springs is a great location and the best place to store valuables. Reserving the perfect space is free with no commitment, and the online eRental option allows customers to skip the counter. The location offers the same personal attention given for nearly 50 years. The manager is amazing, helpful, friendly, professional, informative, empathetic, and a great problem solver. Service is awesome and efforts make experiences less stressful. However, the owners are not vigilant when the air-conditioning is out, and the elevator can be out of service without timely repair. Some parking space issues can occur, but the manager will straighten everything up. The facility provides a safe spot for vehicles and storage.
