Nice facility. Staff is friendly. I feel you need to be self motivated to use the gym as training on equipment is limited and although staff is courteous no one goes out of the way to help and sometimes hard to find.

Great location, super friendly staff. We take our 5 year old niece to the gymnastics there and she loves it. Absolutely no complaints, and she is out getting activities, keeping fit, and not sitting in front of a screen. We recommend this place.
