“These guys were okay*I'm not all that happy with Metro. The cost to reinstate is more expensive at this location. Plus, I was told it'd cost $0 if I did it myself online- problem is, the robo operator asks for a phone number which can't be reached bc mine decided to take a swim in the toilet (what can I say...? It was hot outside? ???), and bc or couldn't get through she hung up on me... frustration!BUT... Metro offers a special program the others don't!*One more thing- advice, for what is worth, ... if you're going to work there and NEED to be on your phone for some reason, do it where customers don't see you as they walk in... it looks so unprofessional!”

Jordi by far, hands done, delivered a phenomenal customer service experience. He answered all of our questions exceptionally. He made sure we understood the different plan options and devices we were interested in. Though he was juggling multiple customers he made every one of them feel heard. “My husband and I both upgraded our IPhones; 14 to 16 and wanted to say how extremely helpful and knowledgeable Nikki was in setting them up, transferring over all our information. She also is so so sweet and kind, just a lovely person when it comes to customer service!!!!! Came back the next day as I had questions with the new phone and had Jon, he too was also extremely helpful and so kind and caring and very knowledgeable!! They both really know what they are doing!! These two really are a great team for T-Mobile!! They don’t rush you and explain things so well!! So glad they are here at this location!! I’ve been in a few times again and they continue to help me with my needs!! I see the same with others when they come in also, they have so much respect for people. I so love T-Mobile as I switched over from AT&T years ago and I have nothing but good to say about T-mobile!! So glad we made the switch over!! I get better service in areas where before my calls would drop.

“If you like a clean and friendly location for gas and refreshments, this is a great place to stop!This 7-Eleven was very busy and for a good reason! They have doughnuts, coffee, snacks, a walk-in beer cooler, and more!Additionally, it was very clean and well-lit. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and had smiles on their faces!This location is right around the corner from our beach house, and we will definitely be revisiting this location!”
“This best buy is great! Parking spots are always available here and workers will always help you! Some places in the store look a little dirty and it's pretty unsafe to use the demo VR headset when other people have probably put their face in it too but the overall place is neat!”

Every time i go there and get a gift or a Visa card they say “We can’t do that right now” then why even sell gift cards you know ??♀️ also love the bathroom glad they worked on it ???.
