I took my Lexus in for a tire repair, something I could not do myself. Not only were they friendly, but I guess the repair was simple for them, and they would not let me pay for it. I know they don't work for free--an unexpected gift!!! I smiled all the way home. WOW!

My car started breaking down while I was down the road from this place. I called and asked if I could bring my car in even though they were about to close. They let me park it there for the night and it was fixed by 11 AM the next day. Great experience!!
