“I came to review this place after recently getting my Mercedes serviced and wow I see everyone else has already done the job! Definitely a 5 star service! Ivan was just fabulous. Friendly, efficient, calling with updates, everything. And yes, unbeatable pricing. He even took time to educate me. Everyone’s always terrified of mechanics who will try to take advantage of you and make you buy things you don’t need. Right off the bat, I knew this guy was legit! The peace of mind on that subject alone is priceless. I could go into depth on my experience but I see all of these other reviews of people who share my great experience. 10/10 recommend and will return the next time my car needs work. Will be a customer for life.”

“I brought in a friend's car, hoping for a miracle. Neal was thorough in his inspection only to report a losy cause. I appreciated his honesty and integrity in informing me of the potential cost with little benefit in the end. I would recommend Neal and his shop for any auto repair needs.”

“When my 101 year old mother's air conditioner in her apartment was not cooling and the temperature was 95 degrees out, Tom and his guys were exceptional. The jumped in to solve the problem on a Friday afternoon, found a temporary solution to hopefully hold her over the weekend and then on Monday got additional part from a different City and installed them the same day. The service was extraordinary and the guys are exceptional!”

“I took my Lexus in for a tire repair, something I could not do myself. Not only were they friendly, but I guess the repair was simple for them, and they would not let me pay for it. I know they don't work for free--an unexpected gift!!! I smiled all the way home. WOW!”

“If you’re looking for an honest mechanic, this is it. I brought my car in because of an unusual sound which I had been quoted $1k-2k previously at a different shop. Kosta called me advising of the issue & gave me the price for manufacturer parts or after-market. When I asked about the difference he suggested the cheaper parts, which from my experience isn’t always the case. While on the phone I told him I thought I needed my brakes done, he took a look & said I had plenty more time on them. Talk about honesty. I’m very pleased with my experience here & happy to have found a new mechanic & have recommend them to my family & friends.”

“I was recommended to Moe's and went there today for an a/c issue in my old Hyundai. I had gotten an estimate from another mechanic who looked at my car and went straight to a $1200 dollar compressor. Moe told me there was a leak in freon but couldn't be sure where without properly diagnosing the problem. We did a quick fix and will know in a week or so. Very honest and caring. Hope it's not an expensive problem, but so happy to have found a good guy who doesn't take advantage of an older woman like most do. So glad to have found him. It's cool for now. Thank you Moe”

“I have a pretty terrible extended warranty and can only take my car to a few select places that work with them. I used one shop and they charged me SO much extra stuff above what was supposed to be only a $100 deductible. I recently moved and found Apex and the service was night and day. My car was done same day and I walked out paying only the $100. Unfortunately this car is a pure lemon and money pit, so we had another issue shortly thereafter that my warranty would not pay! Rafael called and told me he knows my warranty is bad but my car literally wouldn't drive without the fix so he helped me out with the price. In the meantime he found an entirely different issue that my warranty DID cover and he got them to fix that as well. He gave me a really good rate, rotated my tires for free, WASHED like inside and outside my car and again had it done in a day!!! Everything is black and white on their quotes and invoices with pictures and details so you can verify exactly what you are getting and at what price with no hidden charges or fixing of things you don't need or want. HIGHLY recommend! I will never go anywhere else now!”

“Excellent service! This is my first Mercedes and was skeptical about finding an honest mechanic! I found Omar, the owner, was very honest telling me which work I needed and which work I didn't need! Rarely does a mechanic go the extra mile like that! They work on all types of cars and do body work too. He LISTENES, IS POLITE AND DOES NOT TALK DOWN TO WOMEN WHO REALLY DON'T KNOW ABOUT CARS. I an giving his name to everyone I know. He really deserves a great review!”

“Man Joel was a life saver! I had work done on my sunroof at the dealer and then had sunroof issues. I called Joel before they opened and he met me at the shop promptly as he said and found that the dealer left a screwdriver in my cassette which prevented it from closing. He’s attentiveness, awareness, and professionalism was amazing. He took care of me right away and I was outta there in 15 minutes. Such a good soul and a lifesaver and an honest mechanic. I will only bring my car to him from now on. Thanks Joel!”
