iStorage offers convenient and affordable self storage units in Boynton Beach, featuring drive-up storage, climate controlled units, and outdoor parking. The facility has gated access with extended hours, well-lit grounds, and wide aisles for convenient truck access.
Reviews consistently praise the on-site management and staff, describing them as great, very helpful, easy to communicate with, and providing outstanding, wonderful, and patient service. They are noted for running a tight ship, keeping the property safe and clean, and being very responsive. However, some reviews note that corporate administration does a poor job funding maintenance for items like gates and restrooms and supplying enough carts. There are also comments that price increases are crazy, leading some customers to seek more affordable storage. Overall, the location is considered great with friendly people.
Miss Val was very professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire rental process. She made everything easy and smooth. Great customer service!
