“Mariann was very helpful setting up my account/unit, and explained everything with ease, and answered any other questions I had with patience, from the contract details, when they are available, and then walked with me to show where the dolly’s are kept, how to scan at the elevator, and then showed me the best way to get to my unit. The storage area/floor is well lit and clean. For the most part I haven’t had an issue finding a spot/parking in the loading area either, which is also kept nice and clear, and generally a dolly or two available on each side to use.”
