If I could put an zero I would. I came here to have my phone activated. Instead of them checking 1st to see if the phone was locked they had me to purchase a chip for $55 Then told me since the phone was locked and they couldn't help me. I asked for my refund they said they couldn't give me my cash back as they became very aggressive and moved as if they were going to pull out a weapon out.
I remained calm but upset and went to another Metro. I was able to purchase another phone after telling them of my experience I learned that this store not only took my $55 cash but they also applied the cost for the chip to my account. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE - FRAUD ACTION- IM SURE IM NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER WITH THIS EXPERIENCE.

I bought an internet box from that location. 2 days later the box started giving problems. I took the box back, and the 2 associates Alex and Genisis told me it's nothing they can do. The box is working fine come back when a manager is there. They didn't try to call the manger or customer service to try to help me. The worse customer service I've ever had with metro pcs. Now I'm home the box chipped out again. I would never buy anything at that store again.

After buying a new, unlocked phone at Best Buy, I walked over to the T-Mobile store I had no previous experience with, but had prior good service with T-Mobile.
There were 2 teenagers/early 20's working there and the younger girl took care of me (not really). No communication...at all. No plans were discussed. She just took my phone and did whatever. I paid, walked out. I had 5G service for that night, then it started getting screwy. I went back to the store to find out what was happening.
There was an older gentleman there with the same girl and both are more concerned with their phone screens. Older guy says "What's up"? Like he's a NYC subway vendor. Real slimey. He says he can't do anything about my problem.
Between him and her, I wasn't told ANYTHING. I come to find out on my own that she signed me up for the cheapest "bring your own phone" plan - which was never discussed - I know that's my responsibility but I've never NOT been part of that conversation before, so it threw me. Besides I can upgrade myself. The point is she/he NEVER mentioned all system updates being finished AND dialing 611 to complete the process. All of that has either been done at a store or fully explained by staff, so I've been going around for 2 days with only getting service at work and around Boynton and Congress after paying.
My instincts tell me the owner is a scumbag, just taking the money from plans sold with little to no concern for customers unless it might cost him. He's certainly teaching his kids (I think) the same kind of ghetto sales technique.

Absolutely horrific experience. The salesperson didn’t even try to help us. We discovered that he could easily have accessed out account and solved the issue, but chose to send us on our way.
The next metro store on 3095 Military trail Had an unbelievable professional salesperson that solved our problem in 10 minutes

Never purchase a phone from here! They con you into buying 2 phones under the premise that you're getting a buy one get on me deal, but they're really is just charging you for the same phone twice. Then when you try to change your plan they make it difficult and the employees don't seem to want to do their jobs!!! Called metro from my old phone. Found out they tried to set me up on a plan(ony my old phone) with 4 other tablets but, here's the thing. I don't even own a single tablet. Definitely scamming going on here

Store rep added earbud to my purchase without authorization to make sales. I had to make a complaint with corporate. Rep refuse to refund the earbuds he added to my purchase. Its one thing to at lease give the customer the merchandise you adding. Please check your receipt. Better yet don't come to this location. Police was no help in the situation, but there is a God that sits high.
