“Home Depot was busy today. I couldn’t find a flat cart to purchase 2 toilets. After walking around the store and through the parking lot, I asked Pierre for some help. He walked the parking lot and store with me in search of a cart. We finally found one. Pierre loaded the two toilets onto the cart for me and pushed them to the register. He then told me to bring my car around and packed them both into my car. I tried to give him a tip as a thank you gesture and he declined.
