The knowledgeable and helpful staff provides professional, efficient, respectful, and friendly service. However, it can sometimes be difficult to find an employee for help, especially at night. A noted drawback is that inventory management can be inconsistent; the store is often well-stocked but sometimes has limited stock or items out of stock, requiring more frequent checks of the bins. Despite this, it remains a positive and reliable destination for DIY enthusiasts and professionals.

Like the store. Hated having to shoot your man Logan down for soliciting something (sweepstakes of sorts) that I was extremely disinterested in. He seems like a nice guy just doing his job though and I was pleased he didn’t push the issue.
