“I visited this store today just before closing and was met by John out front. He was busy moving some items but made it a point to engage me and figure out what I needed. Once I told him I was looking for a specialty screw he told me to meet him inside on aisle 7. He came in about one minute after I walked in and met me in aisle 7 and was extremely kind and helpful. He figured out what my need was and quickly found the screw I was looking for. He tested everything and sent me on my way.
