This was my puppy first Groom 5 month old Yorkie poor baby had the worst experience here . The Groomer had an emergency which is understandable. But instead of calling me immediately to let me know they left my dog there for 3hrs in a cage when I arrived the poor puppy was shaking and scared don’t bring your puppy there so unprofessional and uncaring
I wanted to update the store manager Dan was absolutely amazing he called me immediately after my complaint about my pet experience at the grooming salon he was kind and understanding and very professional and took care of the situation thank you to Dan and hope that you being in charge other customers will have a pleasant experience.

I recommend PetSmart because they have the items for my cat and dog I need at a great price. In addition they have other items that I may want to browse and possibly even buy.

This is HANDS-DOWN the best Petsmart location I’ve ever been in.
The young lady who’s typically managing is phenomenal. When Jarod was there, it ran equally as smooth, too! Actually, recently when my gf and I had realized he wasn’t there the previous few visits…we were extremely happy and relieved to learn he’d simply relocated to a store closer to his new place! (Kid worked his butt off saving $ for his first place and, from what I understand, Petsmart made that possible for him and they were very accommodating to him in his transition, as it necessitated the move referenced above).
Every time we are there, someone automatically acknowledges us if we’re there for crickets/food and supplies for our reptiles. Without hesitation, someone says “we got you guys, someone will get right over to you…” or ..”Looks like a have a little time, how many _______ do you need?” And EVERY time, without fail, someone (if not every crew member) greets us with a “HEYYyyyy! Good to see you guys!” and/or, if it’s been a while, will say “we were wondering where you guys were!” When one of us (gf & self) goes is alone for a quick trip, someone (again, without delay and without fail) will ask where the other is! :)
The highly personable service isn’t an expectation or entitlement from or for either of us, sincerely. It is, however, very nice. It’s a hallmark testament to simply the general and overall character and quality of customer service this location has maintained for the last 4.5 years I’ve been happy to call this place my go-to pet store ;)
As far as prices, selection, etc., go— you can’t ask for more or for better variety. The rewards program is solid and we benefit greatly from it, which IS NOCE, seeing as though we give this store several thousand dollars
Every year, year in and year out.
The knowledge of the staff is also second-to-none, seriously! We’ve learned so much about taking care of our reptiles, as we were always (and still are) …dog people (a dachshund, Pomeranian and greyhound rescues :), but they’ve educated us every step of the way and we are pleased and proud to say we have two happy & thriving reptiles…a southern painted turtle and leopard gecko.
To Petsmart as a whole/corporation: You guys should take a closer look at this store and model EVERY unit nationwide after it, I’m not kidding! Your company will flourish and grow, if so, and I’d stake every penny I have on that!
To the manager and the team at this location: PLEASE DON’T EVER CHANGE! Keep up the good work and we’ll see yall literally later today :)

PetSmart grooming Boyton Beach Congress was today the worst experience we ever had. The lady at the grooming reception didn't want to take the dog because he was wearing a muzzel. A Lab/Collie mix that wasn't even showing aggression but was his first time at the grooming. The muzzle was removed and explained it was his first time. She answered if you brought him with a muzzle, we can't take him. What kind of answer is that from people that supposed to be trained to handle dogs? Then she asked for the paperwork for our Chihuahua/Yorkie mix that also had a muzzle but around her collar, not on, being also her first time. She was asked to hold the dogs while going to the car to bring the paperwork for the small dog. The rep refused to do it, so the decision was to cancel de appointment. Wow, so much for dog lovers. I used to bring my previous dogs here. I will never do that again and I want the true dog lovers to know in advanced what to expect before bringing your pet to this place. I called the 1800 for PetSmart they transferred me to this location store manager but never answered the call. Very disappointing!

My fish tank has never looked better! Bought all new, tank, cabinet, accessories and chemicals. A nice young man helped me with it all, even suggested items on clearance. Great service would totally recommend.

My husband felt like he was being followed by staff while just trying to complete a Instacart order and he heard one of the staff over the ear piece reporting that he picked up two items I would definitely recommend NOT going to this location this stores staff has never made us feel welcomed and I no longer have gone here because of it

There are not many employees to help, the return policy is really bad, the current manager is not at all helpful, the stock is always low, and the prices are high. Almost every time I go to the Boynton Beach location, the shelf is empty... What I went there for is not in stock... Time after time, they never seem to restock.

There wasn't a lot of staff to help, the aquarium section left a little to be desired. Leaving many dead fish in the tanks is not appealing.
