“I did not have a great experience at the Miami State and Liberty location. I drove four hours from Tampa to Miami to do a custom fitting. There was a lady there who did a great job measuring, and she/the staff assured me they would save my custom measurements on file so that whenever I was ready to purchase, we could plug those measurements in and be good to go. I called twice thereafter to confirm this was the case. Imagine my surprise when I went to purchase multiple suits that somehow my measurements were “lost” with no true explanation as to what happened. This put me in a tricky spot as their custom suits have a lead time of approximately 5 weeks. I had no choice but to make the long haul drive once again to get custom-measured. Word to the wise: if you’re getting measured for a suit at the Miami location, purchase that day so you don’t get the run around like I did. At the end of the day, I was a customer who was ready to purchase, and the irresponsible staff placed numerous barriers of entry to prevent a purchase from happening. I took my business to the Fort Lauderdale location, and Brian Appleby/the entire staff exceeded my expectations. I purchased immediately that day. Make the 35-minute drive to Fort Lauderdale and avoid the negligent staff over in Miami.Thank you again, Bryan Appleby and the Fort Lauderdale Team!”

“I am loving my shoe insoles. I purchased these insoles for the first time a little over 10 years ago and just recently, too, after finding my flyer I saved when I first purchased them. Again, they feel wonderful in my shoes, providing great support. I just love these insoles still. My daughter is already saying she is going to get a pair, too.”

“I was looking for a sport jacket for my 17 year old for a Bar-mitzvah and it is a daunting task. Two years ago, I had to do this and I went to so many stores and it was such a hassle to find a jacket or suit for a teen. Here, I told the ladies I needed a sport jacket and they took me right back and pulled one out and by chance it fit perfectly. The jacket came with slacks and they were willing to sell me just the jacket which was very nice. They kept asking questions and before I knew it, I ended up just getting him the whole suit, shirt, belt and tie. It was not a hard sell at all, but they found out my needs and made sure my son looked great.The suit, while polyester, was well made. They even hemmed the pants while we were there and we were in and out in less than a half hour. She found a nice dress shirt that fit well and they cut the belt to fit his slim waste. He even got to choose the buckle. They matched a tie and handkerchief perfectly. I was very happy with the selection.Their stuff is really well priced and I was very happy with the quality service and just everything. In addition to their regular stuff and weddings, I learned they also do a great job for High School kids and proms and stuff. I ended up learning one of the ladies has a kid that goes to school with my son. I didn't want to pay a fortune for a teen suit and I was so surprised that we were able to get everything for around $200 and everything fit so well and he was so happy. For example we went to another men's clothing store before this one and that store, while amazing, didn't have sizes for my son and prices started at around $299 for a suit which I thought was also reasonable.Bottom line, and I can only talk for the high school kids, I would definitely use this place as a one stop shop or for just a shirt suit tie belt or shoes. It was very convenient to find in the Boynton Beach mall. I really like that I didn't have to drive all over creation and then have to go to a tailor and then have that expense and hassle.While shopping I saw a steady stream of gentlemen buying Sunday suits and other outfits. To be honest, I would definitely go back even for myself. My son can't wait for prom, just to go back.”

“I can’t thank Joe, Larry, Paul, and the rest of the team enough. After severely breaking my right foot, I was not able to find any shoes that would fit. My feet are two completely different sizes and widths. I’m so thankful that my podiatrist recommended LaRocca shoes. Larry was great about communicating with me and working with my doctors and insurance. When I came in to be fitted, everyone working there was so kind and inviting. Joe took great care of me. Joe and his team came up with an inventive idea and modified a pair of sneakers to fit my feet. When I came in to pick up my shoes, Joe and his team were so happy and excited for me because I haven’t had a new pair of shoes in about 4 years since I broke my foot. Paul helped me try them on and gave me instructions on wearing the shoes and orthotics that they made for me. I highly recommend this place! They are caring, compassionate, very friendly, knowledgeable, they are empathetic to your concerns, and they go the extra mile for their clients. They are the reason I was able to have new shoes to wear at my son’s graduation. This place treats you like family and has always been warm and inviting to me. They don’t judge you; they just want to help. You will not find better customer service.”

“After my telephone call to inquire if extra wide boots were available, the staff member Jeff was helpful answering my questions and assured me they carried multiple choices and advised I should come to store and choose from the selections. I live just minutes from the Boynton Beach location. This was my initial visit to the Shoe Station Store in October 2025...Good experience ! I was shopping for extra wide fit Work boots and it was true, there were multiple choices. Jeff was quite helpful and guided me to the work boots, then pulled a couple styles and brands to aid me in my decision. My time in the store was reduced as he was knowledgeable and helpful. The large store is kept clean and cool. I tried on just a couple of the many choices as I was quickly satisfied with what I found.The prices were fair and special sales were available. I actually chose a more expensive pair ($124 Timberlands vs $100 Skechers)- as it was obvious they were of better construction and fit well. When checking out I asked if they provided a Veteran discount and the reply was affirmative, so after tax my price $116.00. A truly satisfying consumer experience with friendly and pleasant staff eager to help. Thank You Shoe Station !”

“I have 2 toddlers that run around in Vans and are constantly getting them dirty so I stopped in to ask for advice on shoe cleaners. The lady at the front was very knowledgeable and made me glad I stopped in. She was also very sweet and polite on top of it all. Great place!”

“Went into the mall cuz I knew Footlocker was there. Figured they had more variety of shoes. I mean sneakers. Unfortunately the mall is dead and the store was very quiet. I started looking around testing. The manager resisted me they had any tennis shoes? I think they're more durable than others. He said no but he showed me some basketball shoes and just wasn't quite comfortable with the fit. Excellent service. Unfortunately selection is limited. Not like it used to be!”

I was waiting for my car wash to be completed at Mr. Hand wax in the Mall plaza. So I dropped into the mall just to look around.

When I walked into finish line, I was greeted by Rihanna when she told me that she had liked the gallery dept. Sweater I was wearing.
Then Lily tried to track down a pair of XL Sonneti pants for me. But even though she had no luck, I still grabbed the Sonneti sweater. And some socks!

I wasn't planning to buy anything but they were friendly and had good energy. Sometimes that's enough to make me want to buy something from a store!
