“I was going home and decided to drive past and make an appointment. To my surprise they told me no appointment necessary we can take you right now which was great! I went a few doors down to make a purchase and visit a friend who works at the store in the same plaza. When I left to go back I saw my car out front already finished. Blaze, the manager on duty was great. Didn't try to sell me anything which I'm aware of my car's condition I knew there was nothing very honest. It asked him to check the engine air filter which I knew was clean and he told me it was and I didn't need one. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need tell me everything was in great condition. Honest. You have my business permanently.”

“Pascal explained everything to me up front so I knew exactly what was going on with my car, what results I could expect, and how much it would cost. He was welcoming and kind, even when the work was finished, he showed me everything that was done and explained why. He even remembered that on my last visit to the shop I mentioned that my birthday was coming up this weekend and he wished me a happy birthday today. That’s a personal touch that I will never forget. He truly strives for excellence in his work. The mechanic (I’m sorry but I don’t know his name) was highly knowledgeable, identified all of the issues with my car, and repaired them expediently. I never thought I would say this but it was a pleasure to do business at this auto shop! I will definitely come back for all of my automotive needs!”

“I made an appointment and they took my car to the service area on time for my oil change and tire rotation as well as a multi point inspection. I was disappointed that they didn’t check my tires for air when they rotated them. My car shows how much air is in my tires and I had to go back for them to put air in them. I’m not so sure that they did the multi point inspection which was supposed to include air in my tires.”

“Woke up to a flat tire this morning and found a screw in an unfixable area of the tire. Called Tire Lot around 10am who ordered me a set of rear tires (needed replacement soon anyways so replaced the set) and had them on my car before 2pm. And best of all, I never had to leave the house. Incredible service. Thanks Carlos!!”
