“I was in & out in a jiff for a tire rotation. I have used Caroline for a few years and overall their work is pretty solid. The only knock would be if the tech would do a courtesy tire pressure check after the rotation. All 4 of my tires were low, but I never had a instrument light on for tire low pressure prior to the rotation. So, I'm not sure what happened there?”

“I had never been here but was looking for a new mechanic. I had a major issue with my brakes grinding and making awful noises late last night when I was driving home from work. I called Harvey’s at 7:30 am when they opened and he told me to bring it in. By 8:30 am he had called me and diagnosed the issue with options and recommendations. My car was ready by 12 pm and for cheaper than I was expecting for a full brake and rotor replacement.This was a refreshing change from other mechanics I have been to. The service was quick and friendly and I felt like a priority, even as someone who had never been there before. We will be back.”

Many places will not do this level of work but they took it on and had ot done the next day. They did a thorough job and no more leaks. They fixed a couple other issues no extra charge. If you are buying a used tire keep in mind that it is used and you get what you pay for they have no control over how reliable a used tire is so if you are complaining about a used tire that can possibly have a bubble in it that was your choice to buy used tire but 90% of the time they lasted until no thread left. Quality and service is great and reliable. Brakes oil change anything basic they will get done for you quick!”

“I visited Pronto Tires after having problems with one of the tires on my car. The technician offered to repair the tire which would have saved me money. He took the time to explain my options, took the tire off the rim and recommended a new one. The tire had been repaired once already and it was showing damage from running under inflated. They have a good selection of new and used tires and I opted to purchase a new one because the price was very reasonable. He said he could get the job done quickly and I went to get something to eat while he went to work. He even took the time to put the spare tire back (underneath the floor AND underneath the subwoofer)!Pronto Tires is going to be my "go-to" for maintenance and repairs. Thanks for your help.”
