Have been using this bank for many year....but they can't seem to fix my account to allow me to get an ATM card

I’ve always had great service at this bank. Craig Thomas is so customer service oriented. He never disappoints ! Always a great experience dealing with this gentleman!

Was only person in the bank and had to wait for agents to finish whatever they were doing in the back before taking care of me. 5 minutes
