“I moved to Florida a little over two years ago and needed to find a new bank. At first I went to another Chase branch but I left very dissatisfied with the employees. I came to this branch, located in the Shoppes at Woolbright, and the banker who worked with me was wonderful. He was very kind and didn't rush my decisions. Since then I've continued to use this branch. It is always welcoming and there is plenty of parking. The drive through and walk-up ATM's are great.”

“I used to bank with Wells Fargo but couple of years ago while I was in the process of buying our home Wells Fargo screwed up our process and since than I closed all my account with them. Now I still have a credit card with them but never use it. So I rarely get an opportunity to go inside the branch but this week I had to make a payment and the organization had a Wells Fargo bank account so I went to the branch on jog and woolbright in boynton beach. Wells Fargo has apparently gone all green and paperless which I think is a great step on their behalf. Instead of filing out deposit slips you go to the bank teller let them know what you need to get done and they work on it instead of wasting paper and killing trees and spoiling the environment you get where I am going with it etc. So even in the case I don't like Wells Fargo personally it is a good bank and still gets 4 stars for getting the job done for most people.”
