“So far so good! We moved in about a month ago and it was a seamless experience. Terrie at the leasing office and the maintenance staff are so kind and helpful. The neighbors are nice and it is a quiet, peaceful complex. Rent is also reasonable(or as reasonable as rent can be these days). No problems with trash, utilities or bugs so far. I will update if anything changes but at the moment we are very satisfied!”
“My partner and I moved in recently this week and this apartment complex is everything you can ask for. The apartment is in great condition, the community is really friendly, and the staff are so pleasant and helpful. The apartment is aesthetically beautiful and you feel really safe because of the gate. I had a minor issue with my apartment and it was resolved same day by the time I got home from work. I am so happy to be here and I feel truly cared for by the staff!”
“The property manger, Natalie, and the maintenance supervisor, Shawn, are absolutely amazing!! The lock to our front door failed. I notified Natalie. She called Shawn and they were ON IT IMMEDIATELY!!! Shawn had the lock replaced within on half an hour and Natalie came over to see if everything went well. It is extremely rare to get that level of customer service. They both were fast, efficient, and as kind and caring as you could ever hope to be treated. It was a pleasure to have that amazing interaction with these two rare souls!!?”

“You know, I really don’t know why I only rated this place a 3. It would have been a 5, but it is extremely pricey. Everyone here was awesome. It was the best apartment I’ve ever had. It’s just expensive.”
