From always being there and actually fixing your issues to just being a pleasure to have conversations with. The management has got better over the two years I have lived here and despite the units having issues, you can rely on this maintenance team to make your time here an enjoyable experience.”

“I leased a fourth floor, 1 br unit (# 1403) for four years 9/2019-10/2923). The rate was very reasonable, the owner very promptly sent someone to rectify any issue that cropped up—all minor. The Broadway management staff was professional, the concierge staff, maintenance crew, were all friendly & cooperative. I almost always had the pool to myself.

An other *major* advantage of the location of the Broadway Promanade is its proximity to a Publix grocery store, located adjacent & 2 minutes walking distance.”

I’ve been living here for over 6 months now and honestly impressed with this complex. It’s affordable, location is perfect, maintenance is always quick and on point, and the office staff is incredibly nice. When I moved in, the apartment was so clean I didn’t even need to touch anything. It’s peaceful, quiet, and just a really comfortable place to live. The lake with the wild life is amazing.”

“We recently moved into Lyra, and the experience has been exceptional from the very beginning. Having lived in and visited many luxury apartment communities, I can honestly say that none of them come close to Lyra.

The property is beautiful, exceptionally maintained, and filled with outstanding amenities. The resort-style pool and spa, two-level fitness center, resident lounges, outdoor gathering areas, pet park, and pet spa make the entire community feel like a private resort.

What truly sets Lyra apart, however, is the people. The management team is incredibly efficient, responsive, professional, and respectful.
