The staff is friendly and helpful prompt with maintenance requests. Amazing community grounds are beautiful and the pool. It's clean and I feel very safe here.”
“So far so good! We moved in about a month ago and it was a seamless experience. Terrie at the leasing office and the maintenance staff are so kind and helpful. The neighbors are nice and it is a quiet, peaceful complex. Rent is also reasonable(or as reasonable as rent can be these days). No problems with trash, utilities or bugs so far. I will update if anything changes but at the moment we are very satisfied!”
“We went for a tour the place was amazing the ambient felt quiet and cheerful is close to everything from supermarkets to parks to the beach, the one negative is that the school zone is not the best but that's not something the apartments can control but if you have no kids or your kids are older this looks like an awesome place to live

She was kind, understanding, patient, empathetic (had a breakdown in the office and her level of compassion and care was more than I could have asked for).
