“I have already said how much I love, love, love this bank but I have to tell you a story.
I recently attended a fraud seminar, and the officer conducting it stated how important it is for you to have a relationship where your bank staff knows you. He asked how many people had that situation. I was the ONLY person in the entire room that does! The Wildewood office treats you like family. EVERY single one of them greet me by name and huge smiles. I am not an exception, since I see them do this with other customers as well.
Not only do I appreciate their consistent professional, friendly & fun service, but I also get a great sense of security knowing that in this day and age of unending frauds and scams, they are watching out for me. That is SO important for peace of mind!
So again, I HIGHLY recommend this bank, especially this branch.

Services which are available at this branch are personal and business related accounts, personal, small business, home and automobile financing arrangements. They have on site investment advisor services, safety deposit boxes and multiple drive thru access points behind the building physical tellers and Automatic teller machines are available for customer assistance. The staff is always professional, welcoming, and friendly. For more than 7 years I have made multiple in person visits to the branch, for establishing accounts and routine transactions. Hopefully this Ameris Bank location will continue to serve the surrounding community for many years into the future with the same results and flawless customer service.”

“I had an issue with my account — it was restricted due to a check I deposited. I kept calling the customer service line, but no one could help. It took me a week and a half to resolve. I called Chase maybe ten times, and they kept telling me the same thing. Finally, I decided to go into a branch. I spoke with Jamie. She immediately took responsibility for the issue, called repeatedly, and finally reached someone who could help, getting my account turned back on. I can't say enough good things about Jamie. She's amazing, super helpful, and in both interactions I’ve had with her, she’s gone above and beyond.
Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with Chase Bank overall, but my experience with Jamie was incredible, and I can't thank her enough.”
