This is what hometown banking is all about. I live out of state but was in Arcadia when I had an issue with a check from one of their customers—after 6 PM, no less. I reached out to Justin Fussell and Michelle Potter, and within a couple of phone calls, they resolved the issue and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was taken care of.
My big bank in Cincinnati would never have gone that extra mile—or even known who to call since the staff turns over so frequently. Crews Bank reminds me what real community banking looks like—personal, caring, and committed.

“I called a BMO location a few weeks ago on Beneva and was told a rep would call me back. No one ever called me back. I decided to try again with a downtown branch and had so much more of a pleasant experience. I called in the morning and spoke to Maureen to help schedule a same day appointment. She was very friendly and responsive, calling me back within 15 minutes to schedule an appointment. I met with Joaquin this afternoon and was very impressed with his extreme level of professionalism. Everytime I've had an issue it was resolved without hesitation in the fastest possible manner. I have never had the ability to speak to a manager as quickly as I could at this office. I don't always have to, but when I need it, scooter is always on point! The staff have always been great and the welcome is always met with a personal level of appreciation for me being a customer. These guys do an awesome job!! Even when I was scammed I always got my money back!”
