I reached out to Justin Fussell and Michelle Potter, and within a couple of phone calls, they resolved the issue and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was taken care of.

I decided to try again with a downtown branch and had so much more of a pleasant experience. I called in the morning and spoke to Maureen to help schedule a same day appointment.
