“I called a BMO location a few weeks ago on Beneva and was told a rep would call me back. No one ever called me back. I decided to try again with a downtown branch and had so much more of a pleasant experience. I called in the morning and spoke to Maureen to help schedule a same day appointment. She was very friendly and responsive, calling me back within 15 minutes to schedule an appointment. I met with Joaquin this afternoon and was very impressed with his extreme level of professionalism.
