“Took my son's Tribute in this morning as a deer lightly hit front bottom bumper and it was hanging. Was referred by Mike Hamilton. Great mech. I took car in and a nice man said have a seat inside and he'd look at it. The receptionist was lovely and had nice chat. Within 10 mins he was back and all was fixed. I was amazed and very pleased. They did a wonderful job and so fast. I would recommend them to anyone and will surely return if I have more deer, boar, etc. issues. “Wow, what else can I say. I came in after backing my Cadillac into my garage door. The trunk would not open or close, there was a big dent and the whole rear chassis was misaligned. I shopped around and every body guy told me the same thing “we will have to buy a new rear hatch, paint it, and attach it, at a cost of about $1800. I stopped by fields, listen, I’ve grown up in Sarasota-Bradenton and we all know what the red barn area is like. This ain’t no fancy dealership where you sit down on a comfy couch and get a cup of coffee, this is a guy who is no frills and knows his business. He took one look at the SUV and said “I don’t need no parts, no problem” told me he could get the job done for $600.
I was dubious that either the job wouldn’t be done well or that once i dropped the car off I’d get the “so we found xyz and that price changed” call, but that didn’t happen.
After just a few days I come back to find not only that my rear hatch is opening and closing flawlessly, but the dent is quite literally non-existent. Somehow he matched my paint exactly and made thar dent disappear.
Please take my actual real world review to heart and trust that this is an honest mechanic. Paul is a gem of a human being and he cares, he knows this area, he knows our people, and he knows how to do work the right way.”

They even detailed my whole car inside and out which was not necessary but they done a great job and It looks good as now inside and out. The new paint was factory original color, but it looked so much brighter and the metallic shimmer was awesome. I did preliminary bodywork with sanding down the areas where the ckearcoat was peeling away. The pics show before and after! I highly recommend!”
“Was involved in an accident a few months back. I could speak on many of the team members who helped work on my vehicle, but the man that stood out was the manager Erik. He made a very stressful and impossible situation much more pleasant. You can tell he really goes above and beyond for his customers, when my car was taking longer than expected to fix, Eric picked me up from my home himself and arranged a rental car for me, not once but TWICE. Talk about a hands on manager. He was very easy to get in touch with and very hands on throughout the process of getting my vehicle back to me. He also helped me to arrange getting my windows tinted and filled my gas tank and had my car cleaned upon return. Being in an accident, in hospital, bills stacking up, dealing with insurance, missing work, the stress of not having my vehicle, the list goes on and it’s not easy for anyone, but thanks to your manager Erik I would do it all over again. What a pleasure to be taken care of by someone who means business and does it with a smile on his face. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Thanks again Toyota Collision and Erik!”
