Mike took a look, explained exactly what he could do, and got every single scratch out. It looks brand new, like it never happened. What really stood out to me is the honesty. They could have easily told me it needed a repaint and charged me for it, and I never would have known the difference. Instead, they did the right thing and saved me the money. That tells you everything you need to know about this shop. I won't go anywhere else for body work, and I'll be sending everyone I know here. Five stars isn't enough.”

I had a lot of damage to the passenger side of my pick up. They replaced two doors, the bed, and a portion of the frame and it looks brand new. They even washed my car and vacuumed out the inside. I think they only had my truck for about a week or so Couldn’t be happier.”

This good news story is about an unexpected accident that happened (not our fault) just as we were preparing to store our vehicle leaving the area for an extended period. Bad luck turned into good luck by being referred to Perdigao Auto.
We had loads of reasons to be worried including the short timeframe before our departure, plans we could not change, concerns about availability of parts, etc.
Somehow everything worked out thanks to the solution-oriented, quality-minded Julie and the Perdigao repair team.
On so many levels, service was exceptional. Outstanding quality of work, respectful and responsive relationship with our insurance company, regular status updates to us virtually, photos and videos showing the progress of work done and then making arrangements for delivery of our vehicle to our reserved storage.
Each interaction was friendly and positive, to the point where we’d almost wish to have another accident knowing this outstanding family-owned company would be taking care of our beloved Mercedes convertible.

“I have left several reviews in the last 6 months very clearly documenting my journey with my first Jaguar. Mine happens to be a 08 S-type 3.0. Recently had an ABS and Gearbox fault code causing my braking system to operate incorrectly. My front suspension had been shot which I was aware of however the quotes I was getting at other shops to correct it were extremely expensive. Already got taken by Tire Choice (the worst) for a rear brake job that took them 3 weeks to complete. All that being said, Dan at Renaissance Motor Cars not only diagnosed and figured out my problem in a day, he was able to also fix my suspension for a much more reasonable price as well as getting me back on the road in only a couple of days. Can’t tell you the peace of mind you guys give me. My Jag now purrrs and roars. Thank you!!!”

“They were able to get me in to look at the damage the day after my accident. My trunk didnt close so they quickly fixed that so It would close for the weekend. Then I dropped it off for repairs the business day after that. They worked on the car while I was out of town and were finished by the time I got back. Seems like these negative reviews I read are from people who don’t listen.
I damaged my car pulling out of my garage, and googled shops in the area. I can admit, the reviews scared me a little, but I seen overall they come highly recommended. I called Kim’s and asked about a quote, I spoke to Hunter and he had asked if I was seeking self pay or insurance. When I explained I was using Progressive, he told me to bring my estimate from the insurance in, and we could talk next steps.
When I got there later that afternoon I was directed over to Katelyn. I was met with kindness, and a smile. She took the time to walk me through the nitty gritty of the process, explained to me that they are not a direct shop with insurance companies, and they charge a higher hourly rate than what my insurance will pay for, and that I would be responsible for whatever difference is not paid for by my insurance, and even pointed out to me on the insurance estimate itself where they have that statement in the fine print. I was blown away by the attention to detail she gave me to make sure I properly understood this very new to me process. She explained this was not meant to scare me off, but to be upfront with all their customers that I could possibly owe hundreds out of pocket because of the hourly money difference before handing my car over.
Hunter then stopped into her office and we reviewed the estimate together, and I was also able to review the form that I would have needed to sign if I had them fix my car, which stated everything she explained to me. While I ultimately decided to take my car to a shop that shares a contract with progressive (only because I know I cannot afford much outside of my deductible amount), these people were very kind, very patient, thorough and honest even when it means they could lose a potential customer. Great job to this team!
