“My family was coming from out of town this was their first time coming to Florida, so I wanted to make it a memorable experience for them. I looked at many companies to rent a jeep and they were all out of my budget or when looking at the jeeps were not the vision I had in my head. My family recommended me to Josh, after calling him the jeeps he had were so nice beyond my vision at the right price and was available when I needed it. Thankyou to Josh my family had the best memories and I would utilize this company again.”
“As is the norm these days I placed a reservation online and received an e-mail confirming my rental for a moving box truck at a price no other rental company could touch. The next day I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone at the front desk to reconfirm the specs and price. So I hustled down to the store to be told sorry no can do and really wasn’t given any other options besides to call customer service. Now witht the being said Today was no ordinary day it was the first day that commerse and shops fully reopened after hurricane Ian. Only the week of Christmas can compare to how busy this Monday turned out to be. Anyone with a smidgen of empathy should’ve exuded patience this day because we all to often these days forget that person behind the counter is dealing with the same hardships you are in the aftermath of a storm like Ian. So to get to the point I needed a truck to move out of my flooded house the the reservation was not correct regarding inventory but after a few hours they pulled every string to go above and beyond to get me my moving truck today at a great price! It involved at least 6 or 7 employees get it done because of a glitch in the system. With how chaotic and busy it was in the office today they could have let it go but thanks Bradenton Budget rentals! Ps. its time we hold the overpaid underperforming back office IT staff accountable.”
“Picked up car at airport but had a mechanical issue. Stopped in 14th street enterprise. They sent me right to tire kingdom mechanic down the street and I was done in 30 minutes. Thaks taylor and Mike from enterprise. Great customer service!”

“Andrew & the driver who picked us up from the auto body shop were so helpful & kind. I only waited a few min for pick up and they even gave me a nicer vehicle more similar to what I drive that was in the same daily allowance. Getting my car fixed after an accident was stressful & they made this part of the experience super easy & stress free. Highly recommend Andrew & his team at the 57th & Cortez in Bradenton FL location. Five stars!!!”

“I've rented from this location several times in the last few months. The personnel are always great, they do a good job, the cars are nice and the rates are very good. My only comment is that, even though I always reserve online in advance, the computer process always seems to take longer than it should. I'm not faulting the personnel, just wondering if the computer process needs to be streamlined by Hertz corporate.”
