“Check out with Cole and return process (sorry, I forgot his name) went well. There was a warning light for low tire pressure on. I didn't notice when I took the car but shortly after I left facility. I check tires which were good and no outward signs of missuse. I call customer service. They were very pleasant, but un able to help me access the tire pressure app on car display. They gave me an option to exchange the car but since there was no sign of outward damage and pressure was good I decided to keep the car and in the long run it worked.”

“My car had a repair that became a safety issue and was going to be $3700+ to repair. I have always taken my Lincoln to be serviced at a Lincoln dealer and having moved here just over a couple of years, I found Ed Howard Lincoln. They have always done a great job on my vehicle and I had not had any big repairs to be done. This time was different. I went ahead and had them fix the problem and when I arrived to pay for the repairs, Lanora Smiley, (Lincoln Service Queen) found that my car was still under the Lincoln extended warranty and this repair was covered.I had believed my car was no longer under that warranty due to the date and mileage but she found that it was indeed still covered.She and the service manager, Travis, were able to save me $3490.95!! Ed Howard Lincoln has always had amazing customer service. This time, it was a huge bonus to me, thanks to them!”

“Tis the season… last week I stopped at a Chrysler dealer because my passenger seat back fell back and it would not move upward. The electronic devise was broke. I was told they would not work on my van because it is eleven years old and they don’t work on anything older than 10 years. My husband is a recent leg amputee and he can only fit in the front passenger seat. While heading home I noticed your company. I pulled in and in desperation I walked into your office and explained the situation. One of your office staff went out to look and in a couple of minutes, he removed the faulty part and told us he could order the part. Fast forward a week and they received the part and replaced it. Great customer service. Thank you!!! Mary Hill”

“No instructions on the drop off at the Florida West palm airport. So it took me awhile to figure out where to leave the car and how to leave the keys.I never received a receipt that I dropped off the car no email even the next day. I had to look at my credit card bill to make sure I wasn't charged additional for any reasons. Not very good”
