“Good deals here on water and pop check flip for sales.I have to mention the first time going there one of the staff at the counter the man has a full mustache he is so friendly.When we see in the water three for $10 the skid was empty and when I mentioned it to him he said he'd look into it he chased us down later in the store and told us that he brought the water up to the cash for us from the back that was awesome.That's what I call customer service been back many times and he's always friendly..need more people like that in this world.”
“Subject: Concern Regarding Product Availability
I am writing to express my concern regarding the availability of products at your store.
I have noticed that certain phones are displayed on the shelves, yet they are not available for purchase. As paying customers, we expect that items presented in the store should be for purchase.
If these phones are not for sale, I request that they be removed from the shelves to prevent any confusion. It would greatly improve the shopping experience if customers could trust that the items on the shelves are truly available.
I appreciate your time in addressing this matter.

“Devin, Marion and Tom is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! There's so many things that I can say about them but I'm not going to take all of your time. Devin is Absolutely Perfect for Dollar General. He always helps me when I need something, he dropped everything and he rings me up with a Smile and Accuracy. When he's not at the register he's always working putting things up and with the smile he always be I love him dearly that is the way customer service is supposed to be and Devin has perfected that. Marion. When I first met Marion I came in the store and mind you I moved from Parrish Florida all the way over here to the West Side. Marion has always helped me with anything that I've needed came to her with the concern because as an Black Bahamian woman I needed product for Blacks. . She works so hard to get that for us there has never been a variety like this EVER in any store I've ever been in I want to say that Marian has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! She is prompt with whatever you ask for she gets the job done with the smime. We have great conversations I love her also. Tom. Words can't I express the Joy that I feel when I come to the store because Tom is someone who can lift your Spirit even if you're having a bad day. He spe5ak loud and clear he remembers your name, he knows what he's talking about the last time you're seen. He he helps in EVERY way. I love Tom also. The moral of this story is that customer service is more than customer service you have to show your people that you care about them. Devin, Marion and Tom has shown that I give them five stars every time I see them I have a smile on my face. I recommend everyone to come to the Dollar General on Cortez Road close by the beach you guys are awesome thank you for what you do!!!”
“The store has changed a lot since I last been there. Which was years ago but loved the change. A very nice place to take your family of any age. p:S I do think customers service could be a little nicer to there customers.”

And anyone who says " several" has definitely been exaggerating because if you were annoyed the first time you shouldn't have gone back, if you were annoyed the second time you shouldn't have gone back and if you really thought she was that much of a B**** You would not have gone back five more times to realize that several times you've seen her act this way. Working for minimum-wage at a store like this or on salary to work over 80 hours a week isnt the best experience. believe it. I wonder what you actually do. Have some sympathy. And don't exaggerate. “Crowded at times but it's a large store. This is the famous thtift chain it has just as many used items as unwrapped new ones. Kind and helpful customer service staff. Incredibly clean. Literally across the street from the side entrance of Walmart and conveniently located off the 301.”
“Just a thought to management. Maybe if you paid 4 people to run the store you might make more money, 3 up front 1 stacking shelves, and wouldn't have a 30ft line, to 1 wait in or 2 walk out the store. Along with others i seen walking out.”
“I got a washer and dryer from here very helpfull the guy named Tony was the best he pretty much made the sale the best prices in town and I drive around that day to see if I could find any place but as soon as I got there I fell in love with the one they has I the corner for only 200 it was a steal and I got a uhule trailer and it was a sale it works sooooo good for us it is the perfect thing we needed the best people in town hands down definitely going back to pic up some of the double door Fridges they have”

“Kudos to Gabe! Polite and attentive, exceptional Customer Service. Store was actually clean, many working stocking and areas kept clear. Can't say that for most all Locations I've been in.”
“It wasn't too busy. The shelves were stocked well. I think all dollar generals should have price scanners mounted somewhere. Items seem to always be misplaced. Be contributor to not buying certain products as I don't know the price and don't want to be surprised at the register. I'm not the biggest fan of self checkout. Good 1st visit overall.”
