I love this store, but since this older lady with short hair cut started working as a cashier I have experienced nothing but rude and unprofessional behavior from her, she talks to you like you live in her house or something. This has happened on multiple occasions and I will not ever allow her to ring me out again

Love how they upgraded the place they only issue I have is the poles on the carts I have to remind myself to get little stuff so I won’t have to carry a lot of stuff

Poor management, lack of training, unprofessional behavior from employees, However it's worth noting Dollar General has made efforts in improving the store, to address incompetence maybe #1 should improve employee training #2 enhance customer service #3 addressing management, ensure management is properly trained.
