“First time shopping at Ollie's in Bradenton. I was surprised at the huge selection in each department. I was not disappointed! I bought a coffee maker and sandwich maker among other items. On the downside, my daughter was with me and when we had our purchases rang up, the cashier was extremely rude! I was putting my credit card back in my wallet and she said hurry up! And told the lady behind me to get her purchases on the counter. If I was her boss, she would have been fired!!! Terrible customer service!”

    4.1 Good 90 reviews

“Subject: Concern Regarding Product Availability I am writing to express my concern regarding the availability of products at your store. I have noticed that certain phones are displayed on the shelves, yet they are not available for purchase. As paying customers, we expect that items presented in the store should be for purchase. If these phones are not for sale, I request that they be removed from the shelves to prevent any confusion. It would greatly improve the shopping experience if customers could trust that the items on the shelves are truly available. I appreciate your time in addressing this matter. Other than this small complaint I enjoy my shopping experience, I always find what i am looking for.”

“I visited Five Below for the first time today, and the experience was fantastic. They have an incredible variety of items across so many categories. The store manager, William, provided exceptional customer service—easily a 100/100. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the inventory and helped me find everything on my list. At checkout, he mentioned that signing up with my email would save me 10% on my next purchase. On top of that, since I had quite a few items, he recommended a reusable bag for $0.39 that I can bring back every time I shop. William’s positive energy, humor, and great smile were contagious. I was having a rough day before walking in, but his warm attitude completely turned my mood around. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does. If you are looking for a fun place to shop with cool products, I highly recommend this Five Below location. Be sure to ask for William—he goes above and beyond to make the trip worthwhile!”

This has happened on multiple occasions and I will not ever allow her to ring me out again”

“It wasn't too busy. The shelves were stocked well. I think all dollar generals should have price scanners mounted somewhere. Items seem to always be misplaced. Be contributor to not buying certain products as I don't know the price and don't want to be surprised at the register. I'm not the biggest fan of self checkout. Good 1st visit overall.”

“You know you see a lot of negative comments on Dollar tree but I never really had a bad experience here. I know going in there it's going to be busy and they're going to have a lot of random stuff that I can get at a decent price. So I'm satisfied with this Dollar tree. The cashier isn't jumping for Joy, but who would lol. Considering it's always crazy busy and screaming children running around everywhere but that's not their fault lol”
