“I went in kind of confused and kind of shy. Because this is my first time messing with stereo's subworkers and amps. I went in looking for something simple as 2 ferals to connect to my power line to my amp. Because the cable was too thick. Everyone in the store was super polite and super knowledgeable and no one made me feel stupid or belittled me a great atmosphere. A great range of equipment. I will definitely be going back when I continue my upgrades to my vehicle. And only there I would strongly advise you, regardless if you're a novis or an expert to give the store a chance. You will not regret it to everyone in the store. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome. And allowing me to continue the feeling of being excited of expanding into A new hobby”

“Samantha really is amazing especially since a man came in to pay his bill walked out no problem and the girl with him got out the car came in with his receipt and asked the manager for 36 cents which she replied would come as a credit on the account and the lady just stood there and waited then got on her phone talking crap and the manager kindly told her if she didn’t like the metro store she’s in she’s always welcome to go to another like Samantha is better then me and was extremely professional about the situation. Like how you come in the store asking for change that wasn’t even yours and then get upset with the answer because you didn’t like it. Get a job and a life and don’t go back to the metro store if you only go to try and make issues. The staffers were professional and polite, and made it simple for her to select a great new phone, service and phone protection plan. They transferred her cell number from the prior provider, and set up the new phone.

When I finally got it configured the way I wanted, purchase was easy, and shipping was fast. When the server arrived, I was pleased to find it looks brand new, and ALL of the firmware in the Lifecycle controller is up to date. Saved me some time. My only gripe would be the requirement of having a credit card attached to a Net30 account. Everything else.... 5/5. Thanks all!”

“This interview is specifically for Janyris, as there are only one or two employees that are good here. She’s the best. My amazing husband called at literally 11:15pm because I was having pregnancy cravings, and the young lady we spoke to must have JUST clocked in for her night shift - 3rd shift is ROUGH, so it was a really pleasant surprise to hear such a nice voice on the phone with great customer service. Not only was she super sweet, she answered all of our questions and because we appreciate her, we will go back in to see her in this store in for her shift tomorrow. I know how difficult it is to work shifts EXTREMELY close together on a 24 hour schedule and barely having a couple hours to sleep or eat or shower or LIVE between shifts, so I empathize, but want to commend for being an OUTSTANDING employee and an amazing and kind, thoughtful, and brilliant person. If this is a franchise location, I believe she ought to own it. With a work ethic like hers, she will go so far in life. I hope this young lady gets an I hope this young lady gets a raise and I hope she gets to work shifts with a more fair amount of hours between them ASAP. I hope that for ALL of the employees at this store! Again, this review is specifically for Janyris, and she deserves way more than five stars.”

“Awesome post hurricane Milton, owner outside directing people to pumps that worked and reminding people limit filling to vehicle plus 1 gas container. He had to endure some belligerent people trying to fill more that one gas container. I appreciate owners courage & fair-mindedness allowing everyone to have a chance to get at least some gas and preventing others from overindulgence and greed.”

Not only were they so helpful and friendly but they really know their job. They are both so knowledgeable. You can tell they have integrity when it comes to their job.
