Checkout was fast and smooth as silk! I had the option of self check out but chose the staffed register and got through in a couple minutes.
After a long day of errands and a very successful easy visit to this Target, I decided to reward myself at the in-store STARBUCKS. A number of other folks had the same idea at the same time. We had a wonderful person taking care of us at the STARBUCKS. She was warm, efficient and helpful! Even though she was very busy she paid careful attention to my order ( I like a little soy milk but not too much). She moved the line along quickly, giving each person her focused attention. This is quite an art and I am really impressed! My drink was delicious! If you are lucky enough to be waited on by Jamie at this in store STARBUCKS, please tell her Susan says thanks!”

He took the time to carefully customize our plan with our impossible requests, and walked us through each step. With our last upgrade being about 5 years ago, SO much had changed in the technology world. He made us feel informed without feeling out of touch. Although it’s still a pretty long process to completely switch phones in a day, he streamlined it and made the task effortless. “To be honest with you I don’t really care about price as much, I mean price matters to me for sure but all 7-11s are the same. There is something to be said for customer service especially at a chain gas station like 7-11 this is honestly the best 7-Eleven in the country. I don’t know if it is gonna be like that when you come in, but the guy at the register, younger skinny white guy, he’s so informative. He’s super helpful. He helped everybody out. He took care of everyone. I don’t know why they have this man working alone he’s cooking he’s stocking the shelves he’s ringing customers up. He’s signing them up for their rewards program. I wish I had employees like this working for me.
Anyways, highly recommend great customer service! 5/5 Stars!”

“I recently procured the food grade anti-seize lubricant for fire hydrants called Hydra-Eze that Assured Flow Sales offers. I got in contact with the company directly and spoke with the sales manager, Andre Butcher. I first purchased the product from a local waterworks distributor in Sneads Ferry to apply some of the products to our fire hydrants on site at a property I manage. I am very pleased with the product and how it held up after coming back to the hydrant 6 months after initially applying a nice liberal coat. I have passed on the literature to the local fire chief Earl Ligget to get in contact with Assured Flow Sales and passed on Andre’s contact information. I will be working with him directly as well. Great customer service!”

“I had to go to this Verizon store today as my phone hadn’t been working on wifi or 5g for the bulk of the day. This location was very nice, clean, and they were quick to help the individuals in the store. Once I sat down with Mason, the manager, he immediately began trouble shooting and was able to help me fix my service issues, as well as review my plan with me. He was very patient and thorough in diagnosing the problem. Additionally Jeff and Anthony in the store were helpful and nice in providing their assistance. Would highly recommend this location and will return here when I need a new phone.”
