Each of the teachers received a week pass to the studio, and they were absolutely ecstatic and already making plans to go together. Several parents highly recommended Barre3 because they’ve personally seen such amazing improvements in their strength, tone, and overall health from attending classes there. After visiting, it’s easy to see why people love it so much. The studio itself is gorgeous, impeccably clean, and so welcoming. The staff are incredibly sweet, friendly, and encouraging, creating such a positive environment from the moment you walk in. “Great visits this weekend during a brief out of town trip. Both the members and staff were very welcoming and positive, and the members were proud to describe it as “the best OTF in the area, if not the state” to this out of towner. Appreciated the enthusiasm and engaging coaching by both Danae and Shakyra, the awesome photo display of their members’ accomplishments, and the support of community-focused causes. Will probably be another year before I’m back in town, but I’d recommend this OTF location to anyone in the area (permanently or visiting)!”

Janisa is a great trainer, and I have learned a lot and feel so much stronger and healthier since starting. The bootcamp classes are really fun and all the ladies have been so nice and welcoming to me. I always get encouragement from Lana and the other ladies. So if you are looking for a fun and friendly gym ladies, this is the place to go.”

All the instructors and the owners take so much care in what they do and they make it fun! Since my first day every student and instructor has been supportive and kind but not in a pushy way. The classes are challenging, the music is motivating and the overall environment is uplifting yet casual! There’s a great mix of weightlifting, hiit-style classes, yoga and spin - something for everyone. I feel better than I have in years and motivated to continue making healthy choices for my fitness and lifestyle.”

“All the equipment you could possibly want at a Great Price! I’m headed there now! I’ve enjoyed my membership. I think I’m gonna keep it. It’s definitely a help to get on the treadmill and pump a little weight. One or two of the locations need to examine how they clean bathrooms with dirty mops, but I’m not sure this is one of those locations. The equipment seems to be in tiptop shape, although the TVs sometimes go out on the Fritz.”
