I have been attending Barbelles since 2019. Lana has been a big motivator for fitness. I went from size 12 to 6 and have maintained it. She is thoughtful, yet tough. I just adore her and highly recommend her. She can help you!!

Lana holds me accountable to do the work in order to get the results. She makes it fun, keeps it safe and listens to my needs. She is an expert at weight training and nutrition for women over 60!
