“Felicia in the custom framing department is awesome! I ordered a frame for a painting I had gotten made for my mother's bday/xmas gift. I had entered the wrong size when doing my order online and she helped get that sorted out. However, for some reason the order got messed up and the wrong size frame parts were sent to her. She gave me a few options to make up for the error & make sure I got the painting framed in time. She had a couple frame parts waiting to be repurposed and she was able to turn what could've been a major delay into an absolute win!! I am beyond happy with the way it turned out!
