My car is a 2025 VW Atlas with all the bells and whistles which included a camera in the mirror that shows what’s happening around the car while I’m driving it. Since the recent remodel and the changes to the store layout to make more room for furniture, I’ve noticed a pretty significant difference in the amount of merchandise on the shelves. Where is all the merchandise? 😕 The shelves seem much more bare than they used to be, especially in the home accessories, decorative pillows, and blankets. I’ve visited other HomeGoods stores in the surrounding area, and they seem to have so much more inventory to browse through. And I know it’s not just me — whenever the topic of this store comes up, I’ve heard other shoppers mention the same thing. It also feels like there may have been some management changes, because the overall feel of the store just hasn’t been the same. I really do like this store and want to see it thrive, which is why I’m saying something. NW Bradenton HomeGoods, please stock those shelves! Full-year net revenue jumped 16.8% to $2.4 billion, and net income rose to $121.7 million from $87.9 million the prior year. CEO Bill Barton told analysts the company plans to open about 20 new stores in 2026 and sees a path to more than 500 locations by 2035, roughly two and a half times its current 209-store footprint across 26 states.
