“My family and I were done really dirty at the 3rd party Apollo beach T-Mobile. Tonight we had to go to this location to have this very large, FRAUDULENT MESS taken off of our account. THANK GOODNESS for Mr. Fernando, he saved our LIVES! He was so professional, knowledgeable and all around the best customer service I’ve ever seen! We thought this would be a three hour process. “I bought a new phone today from Spectrum in Bradenton. 4545 14th St. I was dreading the whole process because it can be laborious and require a long wait time. Well was I ever wrong. From the time I walked in the door Stephanie, who has an amazing welcoming smile, came up to me the minute I walked in the door to see what I needed. I was able to easily check in. When my turn came up I was called over by Peggy. Again the welcoming smile and the very helpful approach. My situation required a great deal of Peggy's time and patience. She was amazing. Since my phone was totally dead due to the fact that I dropped it, meant that we had to research how to retrieve my Apple password. I couldn't remember it but Peggy told me we would figure it out. Long story short we did. It took calling my husband at home to long into my Mac. I just can't say enough wonderful things about Peggy. She was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant and personable plus many more adjectives. Thanks so much for the great service, Peggy and Stephanie.

“I just left the Verizon store on State Rd 70 in Bradenton. I haven't even left the store yet. I'm sitting in my car and I have to leave this review. Kenton and Taylor were absolutely incredible. Not only were they so helpful and friendly but they really know their job. They are both so knowledgeable. You can tell they have integrity when it comes to their job. I've been a customer Verizon for about 25 years and I've never been so happy leaving a store. Thank you, Kenton and Taylor you both are amazing. Keep up the hard work. And by the way, we all look great in this picture. I'll see you guys soon. I hope. Thanks again.”
