“I had to go to this Verizon store today as my phone hadn’t been working on wifi or 5g for the bulk of the day. This location was very nice, clean, and they were quick to help the individuals in the store. Once I sat down with Mason, the manager, he immediately began trouble shooting and was able to help me fix my service issues, as well as review my plan with me. He was very patient and thorough in diagnosing the problem. Additionally Jeff and Anthony in the store were helpful and nice in providing their assistance. Would highly recommend this location and will return here when I need a new phone.”

“Went to upgrade all my devices and Miguel was fantastic! He was super patient with us and took the time to get us the best deals. We left with better devices than we had planned, without spending almost anything. After the visit, my t-life app was all screwed up (nothing Miguel did, seems to be a bug of the system for me) and I reached out to Miguel again by phone, and he was AMAZING! He tried to help me as much as he could over the phone, and reassured me that, although it said my account said it was cancelled, everything was perfectly fine and it could be solved easily. Sadly I didn’t have the opportunity to go back to the store to have him solve it personally, but he directed me to where to go and everything was solved in an instant. Miguel is knowledgeable, funny, patient, kind and willing to go the extra mile to help you have a great experience. I can definitely recommend this location and Miguel.”

He took the time to carefully customize our plan with our impossible requests, and walked us through each step. With our last upgrade being about 5 years ago, SO much had changed in the technology world. He made us feel informed without feeling out of touch. Although it’s still a pretty long process to completely switch phones in a day, he streamlined it and made the task effortless. When we dropped off our phones the next day after transferring, another rep seamlessly checked us in, made sure the phones were wiped, and made that part effortless too. All around great experience!”
