“I started the conversation with Jacob Zumchak on the phone a few weeks ago. We have 5 people in our family and wanted to discuss moving back to Verizon for our mobile service from another provider. From the beginning he was nothing but friendly, positive, professional and knowledgeable about all things iphones. He took his time with me which turned out to be lengthy as I have a daughter who lives out of the country and another daughter and a son who live out of town. He spoke to two of them individually and continued to follow up through the next couple of weeks as we walked through the hiccups with the previous provider. Thank you Jacob for all of your time, when you were off, time when you were on and then some, You're amazing and we appreciate the customer service that you have provided us through this experience. I highly recommend you and will to anyone considering moving to Verizon, currently with Verizon or purchasing new phones.”

“We are AT&T customers and are new to Manatee County. My wife's phone was failing so I researched AT&T stores to replace her phone. I was pleased to find positive reviews on this store and spoke to Hector on the phone to find what kind of deals that they were offering. When we entered the store we were met by a gentleman who took my name to wait for a representative. It didn't take very long to be helped by an employee. Mr Gabriel "Gabo" Cardona was the representative that helped us. Gabo was very polite and professional. Our phones were paid off so we upgraded both our phones to the new Samsung Galaxy 25 plus. Gabo was very knowledgeable of the phone. He was able to answer all of our questions about the new phones. He was able to transfer all of our contents of the old phones to the new ones. Gabo explained very clearly about our future billing with the new phones. He offered his business card in case we had any questions or in need of any help in the future. We left this store very pleased with our purchase and experience. In the future we will definately be repeat customers. Thank you Gabo.”

“After a lifetime of being with all the major carriers and some of the smaller ones with the worst customer service even after paying my bill on time with all of them as a top customer, I had had it with everyone and was ready to just live off grid.... unfortunately, I need a phone to use more than I even use my laptop these days. No matter what type of phone you are looking for or what you're looking to use your phone for, gaming, to replace your laptop, social media, AI, run your businesses, something as simple to just have a phone or anything else, go see Donny! I have never met anyone who works in cell phone carrier services that is so kind, patient, understanding, intelligent, and is not in the business to take advantage of you. Even if you have reseached everything yourself and think you know the phone you have your heart set on like I did, he knows so much about the operating systems and cameras and every sale and promotion going on at that moment, that Donny will give you the best advice and I finally got the greatest phone I have ever had and love, that is perfect for me and did not rob me like all the other carriers do and then try to upsell me and ton of things I didn't need but made sure I had the things that would make certain my phone would be charged properly due to the new system and last me longer. This doesn't even include all of the amazing benefits you get with t-mobile when you become a customer that pay for themselves like AAA, Macafee, all the free streaming services and so many more that I still haven't even activated while knowing I'm finally protected from all the scam emails, texts and calls again with the greatest protection from t-mobile especially in these times. You don't even have to be a phone expert to set things up yourself because as you activate your phone, you will slowly get messages to help you do so and be able to take advantage of everything. I had so many questions in the beginning, and Donny took care of every single one and made my transfer from 3 other phones so easy and simple and did everything for me. Everytime I have gone to this location to see him, when another person comes into the store, they are always willing to wait for him even though he is such a multitasker, he manages to help many people at once while still being so kind, patient and helpful to every person. Thank you, T-Mobile, but most of all, thank you so much to Donny! I love my phone and my plan!”

“Ask for Danny! My wife and I came to T-Mobile to discuss switching from another provider to lower our monthly bill. Even though there was a line, we were still kindly greeted by two of the employees who were working with customers and were told they’d be with us shortly. Danny was really polite and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was up front about any additional fees so we weren’t blindsided halfway through the process. He was patient with us while we took time to decide if we wanted to switch providers. Danny made sure the transition went smoothly and that our new phones and watches mirrored the set up from our old devices so we had nothing to worry about or figure out on our own when we got home. So far we haven’t had any issues with lack of coverage or slow internet speed. If you come to this store ask for Danny, he’ll make sure you’re getting the best service and deal.”
