“I had to go to this Verizon store today as my phone hadn’t been working on wifi or 5g for the bulk of the day. This location was very nice, clean, and they were quick to help the individuals in the store. Once I sat down with Mason, the manager, he immediately began trouble shooting and was able to help me fix my service issues, as well as review my plan with me. He was very patient and thorough in diagnosing the problem. Additionally Jeff and Anthony in the store were helpful and nice in providing their assistance. Would highly recommend this location and will return here when I need a new phone.”

“Went to upgrade all my devices and Miguel was fantastic! He was super patient with us and took the time to get us the best deals. We left with better devices than we had planned, without spending almost anything.
After the visit, my t-life app was all screwed up (nothing Miguel did, seems to be a bug of the system for me) and I reached out to Miguel again by phone, and he was AMAZING! He tried to help me as much as he could over the phone, and reassured me that, although it said my account said it was cancelled, everything was perfectly fine and it could be solved easily. Sadly I didn’t have the opportunity to go back to the store to have him solve it personally, but he directed me to where to go and everything was solved in an instant.
Miguel is knowledgeable, funny, patient, kind and willing to go the extra mile to help you have a great experience. I can definitely recommend this location and Miguel.”

“The best Verizon office in the area. No waiting time, always welcoming. Bryan was so patient with our troubled set ups ( two girls in 1 week with a lot of pictures and tic toks :) I am a loyal Verizon customer for more then 15 years and Bryan was a best customer support out all I was working with! No pressure, very kind and helpful, didn’t try to sell anything I wasn’t ready to buy! Good job Verizon! Also updated my router, so now I have all my technology in one place. Very happy with my new phone! Will come back soon.
Ps Thank you again for a 5 * service. Isabella was my assistant today! She was very polite, straightforward and helps me solve multiple issues in one appointment. No waiting time as usual! Got my issue solved in 30 minutes.
Other nearby location also makes me feel like they have more important issues, than their clients. So I only use Clark office for a past 3 years.”

The new phone wouldn’t fit in the old case ,so I went back today, Monday and Juliano exchanged the case for one that fits my new phone. No questions asked. He made my day. Zaira walked me through how to get what I needed from the old carrier and what steps we needed to take to add my grandma onto my plan. Although it’s still a pretty long process to completely switch phones in a day, he streamlined it and made the task effortless. When we dropped off our phones the next day after transferring, another rep seamlessly checked us in, made sure the phones were wiped, and made that part effortless too. All around great experience!”
