“Yesterday I arrived at this UPS store in Lockwood Ridge Commons in Bradenton with a number of Amazon returns at 4:56 pm. I had thought the store was open until 6 pm on Saturdays, but, when I saw 5:00 on the door, I poked my head in and asked if they could just take one or two. Two brothers (Norman and Gherman) were just about to close up and start their weekend, but they said they would still help with my returns.
They took them all and were very patient and kind. We finished up about 5:08 pm, but they were understanding about my error re the closing time. They made me feel welcome and “ok” anyway. Jerquel was off today but he is always wonderful, too. This is my UPS store! I really appreciate these helpful, kind, hardworking people. They should be rewarded by the company.”
“Austin was extremely helpful in returning company equipment. He was very patient and took his time figuring out how to get the billing to go through properly. He even called another store for advice. We appreciate that he never gave up and got it resolved.”

“Craig was very helpful as I walked into the wrong building instead of USPS. He helped me boxed up my return items and explained to me that the items needed to be in a box and they would print out the return labels as my items were brought in loosely. I thanked him as he mentioned it is under new management and welcomed him to the neighborhood.”
“I’ve come here several times and have loved how quick and easy they do Amazon returns. I’ve only had one bad experience with an employee named David. If the manager, Josh, hadn’t come right out and helped ease the situation this would be a very different review. It seems to be a very well handled staples.”

“Listen, the world is bananapants and lots of customer service experiences have gotten unreliable. I can tell you, this location is over delivering every step of the way. I have sent them several print jobs and each one has been ready sooner than expected. When I arrive at the store, they greet me and my wait has never been egregious. Their hours of operation are updated and correct on their website, they send you an email as soon as your print job is ready. I have been waited on by Zach a number of times and he has always been pleasant and knowledgeable. I have zero complaints and will definitely continue to use them. Also, shout out to Fed Ex's online poster creator with Canva. Very user friendly!”

“I made a mistake and shipped my package to the wrong address. Once I realized this I went to UPS and Dev totally fixed my problem. He was able to divert it from the incorrect address to the right one. He was very helpful and very pleasant.”
