“I have been to this location multiple times (probably weekly) with Amazon returns and just standard shipments out. Every time I am in the store, I am absolutely blown away by the professionalism and kindness shown by a young woman with long hair and glasses (I suspect she is the manager). There have been multiple times where the line gets long and she is so patient with the customer and knowledgeable about pricing/policies. There was a specific occasion where I suddenly got the worst itch in my throat and had a coughing fit. She immediately asked if I was okay and offered to get me water. My most recent visit in, a newer employee was learning the ropes at the register with a line to the door. This woman repeatedly checked in on her and offered assistance when she seemed flustered. She’s efficient, kind, and literally just a star employee. I can only hope “undercover boss” comes in and finds her.”

“Best Amscot in the area, by far! I’ve been using them for years! If you ever need to cash checks, get a payday loan, refill your prepaid cards or get a cashiers check this is the place to do it! ?I was in the hospital for a week and it wiped out my savings, I went in for a payday advance and was able to pay off the remainder of my bills easily thanks to Amscot. I went back in to pay off the loan and the lady remembered me and even asked if I’m doing better.”

“Listen, the world is bananapants and lots of customer service experiences have gotten unreliable. I can tell you, this location is over delivering every step of the way. I have sent them several print jobs and each one has been ready sooner than expected. When I arrive at the store, they greet me and my wait has never been egregious. Their hours of operation are updated and correct on their website, they send you an email as soon as your print job is ready. I have been waited on by Zach a number of times and he has always been pleasant and knowledgeable. I have zero complaints and will definitely continue to use them. Also, shout out to Fed Ex's online poster creator with Canva. Very user friendly!”
