“I have been to this location multiple times (probably weekly) with Amazon returns and just standard shipments out. Every time I am in the store, I am absolutely blown away by the professionalism and kindness shown by a young woman with long hair and glasses (I suspect she is the manager). There have been multiple times where the line gets long and she is so patient with the customer and knowledgeable about pricing/policies. There was a specific occasion where I suddenly got the worst itch in my throat and had a coughing fit. She immediately asked if I was okay and offered to get me water. My most recent visit in, a newer employee was learning the ropes at the register with a line to the door. This woman repeatedly checked in on her and offered assistance when she seemed flustered. She’s efficient, kind, and literally just a star employee. I can only hope “undercover boss” comes in and finds her.”

“Visited recently for some packing material for my upcoming move. I took dimensions for my chandelier, pictures and paintings and to estimate the small miscellaneous items I estimated the number of drawers the stuff would fill. Mike at the front desk did a great job with my dimensions to calculate the proper sizes I needed. While there is the display area, I decided to add a couple dish packs and one box for files. Once you pay they'll bring your boxes out to your car and load them for you or help load them. A special shout out to Mike that worked with me. He did a great job and actually seems to enjoy his work. If I need more, I'll be back. You can return boxes that you didn't use which saves on having extra stuff come move time.”

“I went here to have something printed off my phone to send a return back. A gentleman named Marco helped me and he was great. He printed everything for me and taped up the box affixed the labels. It had to be shipped through the post office but he went above and beyond. Very happy with the service I received. Would definitely recommend this store”

“They are so fast! Every single employee at the front. I don’t want to give one more credit then the others because I have had no problems with any of them. They are also open on Sundays! It couldn’t be any easier to return packages from Amazon. Just make sure you are prepared! Labels printed (or they can do it for a price) tape you’re boxes or screen shot you’re Amazon codes a head of time because there Wi-Fi is a tad slow! But honestly do that and you are all good!”

“Listen, the world is bananapants and lots of customer service experiences have gotten unreliable. I can tell you, this location is over delivering every step of the way. I have sent them several print jobs and each one has been ready sooner than expected. When I arrive at the store, they greet me and my wait has never been egregious. Their hours of operation are updated and correct on their website, they send you an email as soon as your print job is ready. I have been waited on by Zach a number of times and he has always been pleasant and knowledgeable. I have zero complaints and will definitely continue to use them. Also, shout out to Fed Ex's online poster creator with Canva. Very user friendly!”
