Everett is very nice and Jake is super chill and nice. He is always looking to help people. I've seen them multiple times and I am skeptical of the bad reviews. Its good to consider that people do try their best despite some mistakes but those happen at anyplace, good thing they can be fixed.”

“Listen, the world is bananapants and lots of customer service experiences have gotten unreliable. I can tell you, this location is over delivering every step of the way. I have sent them several print jobs and each one has been ready sooner than expected. When I arrive at the store, they greet me and my wait has never been egregious. Their hours of operation are updated and correct on their website, they send you an email as soon as your print job is ready. I have been waited on by Zach a number of times and he has always been pleasant and knowledgeable. I have zero complaints and will definitely continue to use them. Also, shout out to Fed Ex's online poster creator with Canva. Very user friendly!”

“We travel a lot so we have a mail box with UPS. We have been at our store in Lakewood Ranch for 10 years. Get service, we don’t worry about porch pirates and we get Less junk mail. Great service, we are notified when parcels or prescriptions arrive.”
