“Our daughter recently started here and it’s been a wonderful experience so far. Her teachers - really everyone - have gone above and beyond to help her (and me) through the first few weeks of starting daycare. After 2 weeks our tears (yes mine too) have turned to excitement in the mornings. Her teacher Ms. Darcey is absolutely wonderful and has really been amazing with our girl getting her comfortable (and having fun) all while keeping us updated on her progress and sending pictures to calm our nerves. The place is clean. They feed the kids 4 times throughout the day and provide so much. All we bring are 2 cups (they provide milk and water), extra clothes and diapers! Really makes things a lot easier! So thankful we have found CCLC.”
“I cannot speak highly enough of Busy Bee. Our son started in January and has learned so much. He comes home every day with something new he’s learned. The staff and owner keep us in the loop on our son’s behavior and progress. I typically have our youngest (too young to attend yet) at drop off/pick up and they all make a point of talking to her as well. We can’t wait for her to be old enough to attend!”
“Absolutely loved every year my son spent at Smarty Pants. This is a family owned and operated business. When I say they care, they truly do. Leaving my son with them was easy. He ran into their arms immediately. When he left for elementary school he was well advanced and has continued to be throughout his education. “Our 9 month old has been going to Doodle Bugs for about 2 months now. We love their facilities. It’s clean, safe and secure. Most importantly, we love the teachers. They take special care to get to know each of the children they are responsible for. They are attentive and they engage him in lots of stimulating sensory activities like music and art and crafts. Like any new parent, I was initially nervous to send my child to daycare, but now I’m excited to know he is going to an enriching environment where he is cared for.”

“Our son attended from 12 weeks to age three. We are only switching daycares because we are moving. The teachers here were amazing! By age two our son was counting to 10 in both Spanish and English. “My 2 kids had a great camp experience here during spring break! They took a field trip every day, had great snacks, and made new friends. I also want to mention that my kids can be critics but they genuinely had a lot of nice things to say about their experience each day. Thank you for providing a fun and loving camp for them. “AMICCO (Anna Maria Island Concert Chorus & Orchestra) rehearses here on Saturdays from October to March. The facilities are always clean & neat. A few years ago Church of the Palms' Creative Signers performed here on a Sunday - they were very receptive & friendly.”
“I love everything about this daycare. Pam has been so great allowing me to tailor my schedule to the school. Every time I pick my daughter up she’s happy, and the teachers are always doing amazing things with the kids, i know the children are loved and happy here. I couldn’t recommend a greater school. Sadly we are relocating to the other side of town and have to switch her to a new school but if I could pick PSELA up and move it across town I so would!”

“My daughter's time at Primrose was a positive experience, thanks to her wonderful teachers. Their care and dedication were truly appreciated.
However, our family's experience with the administration, specifically with director Carlee Peterson, was very concerning. We were considering enrolling our three-year-old, and without our authorization, she took it upon herself to debit our account the registration fee.
Normally, the Procare app is a tool that requires parents to authorize payments for charges. But in this case, the money was taken immediately and without our consent.
When we decided not to enroll our son, Carlee refused to issue a refund. This was not only an unauthorized charge but also a clear lack of fairness.
This experience, along with an outstanding refund due to overpayment, which we are still waiting on since early May, has completely eroded our trust in the school's leadership. I urge other parents to be extremely cautious and vigilant regarding billing and communication with the school's administration and specifically with Carlee Peterson.

Leadership reached out and apologized sincerely. I received a check in the mail today. Review has been updated to 5 stars as the staff were amazing outside of this incident.”
