“Sandman Academy fits the needs of all three of my kids. Whether it be before and after care, summer day care, or covering for random days off of school. Sandman is a tight-knit daycare, family owned and operated. Mr. Curt is kind, friendly, and helpful. Ms. Summer is his daughter and she is so kind and friendly. Ms. Shantell puts her heart and soul into her VPKers. All in all, I’ve NEVER had an issue with the daycare and my kids love it and come home happy and with smiles on their faces. Sandman is not a traditional facility, it’s in a house that’s been converted, and I like that for my kids. 5/5 I recommend. It’s not for everyone, it’s definitely for my family. THANK YOU, SANDMAN! You’ve been a lifesaver.”

The kids are clearly loved and well cared for- their teachers are great! We enjoy seeing the artwork and projects they bring home, and I can tell they’re learning and growing. “This school and its staff have been an absolute blessing for my son and family. We have been attending this school since 2021 when my son was 2. He just graduated VPK last week, and it brought me to tears knowing our time here was over.
Ms. Vanessa was his teacher when he was 2 and she followed his class up to VPK. She has grown so much in her teaching career and as a person and I’m so thankful for her patience with the kids. My son had the tendency to act out some days (as all toddlers do) and she handled it and him beautifully. Ms. Vanessa sends photos of your child every day so you can always see what they’re doing and learning. Which is nice because you don’t have to worry about what your child is doing.
Ms. Maria also started as a teacher and has moved up to being one of the best directors there. She was always so excited to see us every single morning. She would hug and love my child as if he was her own. Watching her work so hard to earn her director title was inspiring. I watched her as all the children would run and hug her when she entered a room. She loves this job. Period.
Ms. Mavis, one of the other directors is so calm and caring for each of the kids across all the rooms. She reached out and let us know how our son was doing frequently and her demeanor around the kids was always that of a loving mother and friend. She was firm enough with the kids to keep the ship afloat. She has since moved on from Kinderhouse but she visits and helps out frequently and like Ms. Maria, was always so excited to see every child walk through those doors each and every day.
It takes a lot to run a daycare and to maintain a clean, happy, loving environment for kids. Any parent who says otherwise about this place is quite literally delusional and probably has a personal issue.
If you want your child to be loved, taken care of, and most importantly you want a great education for them, you’ll send them to Kinderhouse Preschool!”

“My daughter goes to school here and I love it! Staff are wonderful! My daughter raves about professors and her program. Students are given opportunities to participate in conventions pertaining to the specialty, my daughter went to IAAPA. Guest lecturers happen often. Professors have great contacts and share info with students. It has been a very rewarding experience for her. She's also with like minded students who work very hard.”
“SCS is a special place where faculty and staff build relationships with students and families. My daughters went there from kindergarten through 12th grade and loved it. Being a teacher there of 31 years I can attest the Bible-based curriculum and the teachers who serve there.”

“It was a very tight knit community which I loved to see. Of you saw my reviews on some hotels based in Sarasota and Tampa, you'll see that I had a broken foot. This synagogue was extremely accommodating. I just did not see this as a traditional synagogue with there being drums and tambourines and other instruments during meaningful prayers. Whoever the rabbi was is one of the best I have ever seen as well!”

Leaving them in the hands of the teachers Mrs. Mary and Mrs Alex was like a feeling of emptiness and pride knowing that they have already grown and must move on to another more independent stage of life. When we came back home and listened to their experiences with their little faces full of emotion and happiness, it was wonderful. “My Irish twins attended bright start for the past year after a not so great experience at another daycare. When we started my trust with caregivers and daycares was almost non existent but my gut feeling from the moment we toured the school was just right. My boys and I love all the ladies/teachers at the school so much. My boys tell me random things about school and they are always good things. The teachers always reply in a timely fashion if you call or text?”
