About The Hound Lounge at Lakewood Ranch
See Spot Grooming Lakewood Ranch is a well-run business that consistently provides excellent grooming services for pets. Customers have had great experiences with multiple groomers at both the Lakewood Ranch and Parrish locations.
The staff, including groomers like Crystal and Amanda, are praised for their skilled and attentive care. They have handled even anxious or difficult pets, such as a large livestock guardian dog covered in burrs, with patience and expertise, leaving the animals looking and feeling better than ever.
The business also demonstrates a strong customer-focused approach. When an accidental injury occurred during a grooming appointment, the manager, Amanda, immediately took responsibility, offered veterinary care, and refunded the full cost. This proactive and empathetic handling of the situation has earned the trust and continued loyalty of the affected customer.
Customers appreciate the transparent pricing, prompt scheduling, and overall cleanliness and friendliness of the establishment. Groomers like Tasha are described as excellent and able to provide exceptional service, even for feline clients, which can be challenging to find in the local area.
Overall, See Spot Grooming Lakewood Ranch is highly recommended for its consistently high-quality grooming, caring staff, and commitment to addressing any issues that may arise.
