Apparently no one here has been trained on how to answer a phone or answer a question for that matter without putting you on hold and then dropping the call. Three separate attempts, over 3 separate days. Horrible!

For me a bank is about people and the service I receive as a customer. If I don't want to go to the bank I can use apps' and remote deposit / transfers etc. but I like to connect with people. Every person that I have interacted with over the 10 years in this branch, (SR 64 & LWR Blvd), have been nothing but friendly, helpful and know their stuff. Teresa and Rob have been mainstays and go above and beyond to assist in every way. Banks are at risk of being no more - so please use them and ensure we have opportunity to get to know the folks working in our communities - they are there to help even when the technology goes down.

Horrible. They will hold your deposits for up to 10 business days (2 weeks) selfishly like it is their money to take. I was a hurricane victim and a tree actually fell on our home. I had to pay out of pocket to repair damages, so much money for taking a tree off our roof, removing trees that fell on our driveway, replacing a roof with a hole in it - while fighting with insurance. When the insurance check finally came in, no matter how much I protested, they kept the money for themselves and would not release my funds even though I told them the strain it put on me paying for these repairs, and that I needed the funds to replace what I had to pay. If I took money from them- from my Truist credit card, they would charge me 29 percent interest to use their money for 2 weeks, but they get to take the funds we deposit and "hold them" use them however they like- without paying a bit of interest. Horrible heartless bank!

Abysmal. Used to be decent. After the merger which took YEARS to complete it has declined rapidly. The deposit intake function on the ATM has now been down for about a week… and when I went inside to deposit when it was initially down- THE WHOLE SYSTEM WAS DOWN NATIONWIDE. Never had such a pain DEPOSITING MY OWN MONEY. System failure.

This branch has an exceptional employee in Jessica LaBranche. She was extremely helpful in assisting me with a checking account problem. It is obvious that Jessica enjoys her job and finding solutions to customer issues. A person in a service position with these skills is very difficult. I hope Jessica is recognized as an valuable asset to Truist.

We've always had a pleasant experience with this location. After the merger we have dealt with a new banker named Magdalena who is very unwelcoming and rude. Repeatedly told my wife wrong information on dates/times when she can expect her new Truist debit card after the merger and twice gave her a temporary debit card that did not work. Very short and it took me having to go into the location to get it straightened out. My wife who is 9 months pregnant should not have to go in once a week to deal with her incompetence. Will no longer go to this branch, has gone downhill.

I have had 3 negative experiences with this branch of Sun Trust. I have been a Sun Trust banker for about 30 years. I plan to visit Sun Trust this morning and withdraw my money and move it to my credit union account. Not the service I have become used to. Not happy with merger.

While their lobby is currently closed, most transactions can be handled online or via drive through. For tasks that cannot, or in my case where I just had too many questions, appointments are available. I spent next to no time on the phone scheduling a same-day appointment. At the appointment, MP was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions -- including the ones I didn't know I had. Great experience for what I had expected to be a tedious endeavor.

This Suntrust is nice & clean inside with a cool air feeling when yu walk in. Much parking & off a large intersection. I went to cash a check but was asked for a debit card, never been asked that before, I know about giving them my license with the account number on the back. It may be because I was from out of town. Suntrust has been a little slow lately due to the upgrade system so yu may have to wait a little longer on transactions.
