“Great guys. I was far far out of the way (about 50 miles) in Ona Florida on 64 W. There were 2 other local to Ona companies that I declined. I waited an extra few minutes for about the same price for Scott's Towing to help me with a tow. The driver Matt was prompt and communicated well. “Would use again. Specifically Ashley was very helpful and courteous. Had us in and out, in minutes. There was a small issue with a late charge being wrongfully added and taking 3 and a half weeks to get a refund is pretty annoying Thats why 4 stars ( make sure to get paperwork on return they are the busiest uhaul in town ). Once talking directly with Laurin the store manager it was corrected immediately. Aside from the late charge... Great service.”

“Best experience I’ve had. They really helped me in a terrible position! I bought my car less than a year ago, shortly after the engine needed to be replaced, 7 months later after the engine replacement and the car broke down again and had to be towed back to the dealer it was bought from which is now 73 miles away from me. I called a few other tow companies and was kinda made to feel like a burden for asking for such a far away tow, but not this one! Charlie was so kind and understanding and handled my vehicle with care from start to finish! I would give more stars if I could and I strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow and wants to be treated kindly and their vehicle handled with care! Thank you!!!! ??”
