“As always when I need service on my cherished low mileage 2004 Audi TT Roadster the only shop that'd I'd consider is Panzer Performance. Tom and Jordan have an encyclopedic knowledge of German vehicles and have always been able to diagnose and repair even the most obscure problems. I can't stress enough that if you appreciate German engineering you will love the whole crew at Panzer Performance. Go there before anywhere.”

By the time I found this out, the paint had already been scratched and the fender had shifted. I took it here to get adjusted and they did an exceptional job. They had it done within one day. Scratches were repainted, doors adjusted, and fenders fixed as well for an amazing price!! Staff was super nice as well and was very detailed and transparent about what work needed to be done. “I had a great experience with this shop from start to finish. I brought my BMW 540i in due to some issues and they took the time to properly diagnose the issue, and give me a detailed breakdown of what they found and recommended. What really stood out to me was the level of hospitality and customer service. Very few automotive shops truly understand hospitality, but this team absolutely does. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, professional, communicative, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a good experience. They kept me informed throughout the process, took the time to explain everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or like I was just another car coming through the shop. It’s rare to find a shop that combines great automotive knowledge with this level of customer service and hospitality. I really appreciate the way I was treated and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that genuinely takes care of its customers. Ps: shout out to Erick!”

“Update about 6 months later. Still thrilled with my purchase and experience. Service has been great too. What a dream to work with. I've spent around a year and a half looking for a car. Joey Saccavino, Anne and the rest of the team made my process so fast. I was able to pick my car, apply online and only spent a little time at the dealership looking it over and then signing some paperwork. They have employees who've worked for them their whole lives, and their attentiveness to customers shows. Absolutely would purchase a used vehicle from them again. Thank you Hendrick Honda Team!”
